Job summary

Nestlé Nordics is seeking an experienced Demand Planner to own and improve the demand plan for Danish markets. You will translate commercial plans, promotions and market insights into precise forecasts, working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and Supply Planning in a fast-moving, highly promotional environment.

You will manage SKU- and category-level forecasts, monitor accuracy, and adjust plans as new information becomes available.

Qualifications

2–3 years hands-on experience as a Demand Planner, Demand Forecaster or S&OP Planner
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven forecasting
Experience in dynamic and promotional FMCG or retail environments
Understanding how promotional activities and customer behavior drive demand
Experience with demand planning systems, preferably SAP
Excellent English communication; Danish/Swedish/Norwegian language skills are a plus

Responsibilities

Own the demand plan for assigned categories at SKU and category levels.
Analyze forecast accuracy, bias, trends and deviations to inform actions.
Incorporate promotions, commercial plans and market dynamics into forecasts.
Partner with Sales and Marketing to validate assumptions, risks and opportunities.
Collaborate with Supply Planning to ensure robust, actionable demand plans.
Prepare for and contribute to monthly S&OP/IBP processes.
