Job summary

Arla Foods is seeking a Supply Planner based in Aarhus, Denmark, to translate demand into executable short-term supply and production plans with our external production partners. You will coordinate closely with Demand Planning, Procurement, Quality, Logistics and Customer Care to balance supply and demand and ensure reliable deliveries.

You will work with SAP in the external partner network, monitor deviations, and drive improvements in planning processes.

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, production planning or related roles.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Fluency in English; Nordic language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

Balance demand and supply on a short-term horizon and translate requirements into executable weekly supply and production plans.
Manage order handling, allocation and logistics flows between external production partners and the supply network in SAP to support customer demand and service levels.
Collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders to resolve supply issues and secure required documentation.
Facilitate operational planning meetings with external partners and internal stakeholders to align priorities and resolve shortages and delays.
Monitor supply performance and respond to changes in demand, capacity, and operational challenges.
Contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes and collaboration with partners.
