Job summary

Arla Foods A.m.b.a’s Christiansfeld Dairy seeks a Senior Manager, Warehouse & Outbound, to lead a team of eight direct reports and about 250 colleagues. You will drive safety, service, quality, productivity and cost through KPIs and structured follow-up, partnering with the Denmark-wide leadership and other functions.

You will shape performance through Lean, Operational Excellence and continuous improvement, lead digitalisation and data-driven improvements, and develop people to secure long-term

You will lead a team of eight direct reports and have overall responsibility for an organization of approximately 250 employees. You will work closely with the local leadership team and colleagues across Denmark to drive performance, develop people and continuously improve the operation. How you will make an impact

As Senior Manager, Warehouse & Outbound, you will lead the Warehouse & Outbound operation at Christiansfeld Dairy and report directly to Brian Hansen. You will join a matrix organisation, working closely with colleagues at other dairies and stakeholders across Supply Chain, Production, Planning, Transport, Quality and Maintenance to drive performance across the organisation. Your key responsibilities include
