Qualifications

• Proven leadership within Warehouse, Logistics, Manufacturing or Supply Chain.
• Track record of delivering results through people.
• Experience with Lean, Operational Excellence and continuous improvement.
• Experience leading change and implementing new ways of working.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured, analytical and business-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop leaders and employees, building an engaged and high-performing organisation.
• Deliver strong results within safety, service, quality, productivity and cost through KPIs.
• Drive Lean, Operational Excellence and continuous improvement across the operation.
• Lead digitalisation, automation and data-driven improvements to strengthen performance.
• Share best practices and contribute to standardisation and development across Denmark.
