Job summary

Kelsen Group seeks a Sales Support Coordinator to join the Sales Support team in Denmark. You will ensure market-specific product labeling aligns with customer needs and regulatory requirements, and collaborate with Regulatory Affairs and suppliers to maintain data quality.

You will report to the Sales Support Manager, work with nine teammates, and support the organization with various tasks while handling master data and labeling workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience with coordination and administrative processes.
• Structured, detail-oriented with strong overview and ownership.
• Quality-focused with commitment to accurate results.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong IT skills and ERP/SAP experience (SAP S/4HANA preferred).
• Fluent in Danish and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing, creating, and maintaining market-specific product labeling.
• Coordinating with Regulatory Affairs and external suppliers for accurate labeling.
• Reviewing and maintaining product master-data.
• Ensuring high data quality and compliance with requirements and procedures.
• Support the Sales organization with ad hoc tasks.
