Job summary

Hitachi Rail Denmark A/S in Copenhagen, Denmark is seeking a Risks & Opportunities Manager to lead risk processes across multi-disciplinary projects in infrastructure, rail and technology programs. You will manage risk registers, coordinate workshops, and escalate high-exposure items in a governance-driven environment.

The role demands strong facilitation skills, analytical mindset and experience with ISO 31000 guidance. Hybrid work arrangement with flexible balance between home and office.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years in risk management on complex infrastructure.
• Experience in major infrastructure, rail, engineering or technology programmes.
• Knowledge of qualitative/quantitative risk methods and contingency logic.
• Strong facilitation and challenge skills with senior stakeholders.
• ISO 31000/workshop facilitation capability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate risk and opportunity management plan, scoring, register and ownership.
• Facilitate risk workshops producing causes, mitigations, dates and owners.
• Coordinate inputs for contingency, schedule, claims and reviews.
• Track mitigation effectiveness and re-score risks as needed.
• Identify opportunities for cost avoidance and supplier leverage.
