Job summary

Hitachi Rail Denmark A/S is seeking a Change Manager to lead variation, change and claims processes within a four-level governance model. You will coordinate cross-disciplinary assessments, prepare substantiation packs, and support dispute mitigation while upholding the Hitachi Code of Conduct.

You will ensure timely, complete change records and work with Project Manager, Legal Support and finance teams. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in change control and a strong background in rail,

Qualifications

• Strong claims, change-control and commercial management experience in rail, infrastructure, systems or construction projects.
• Competence in delay/disruption narratives, pricing logic and evidence gathering.
• Ability to work with technical teams to produce substantiation for substantiation packs.

Responsibilities

• Operate the variation/change and claims registers with owners, deadlines and evidence paths.
• Coordinate impact assessments across technical, schedule, cost and procurement.
• Prepare change submissions, claims narratives and negotiation briefs.
• Apply Hitachi Code of Conduct including ethics and data protection.
• Control variation, claim and change workflow within the governance framework.
• Launch impact assessments and recommend escalation or decision papers.
