Job summary

Hitachi Rail Denmark A/S is seeking an Interface and Integration Manager to oversee interface management, coordination across suppliers and governance of change across rail projects. You will chair interface meetings, track actions and ensure alignment with IVVQ/T&C plans.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in interface management within rail projects, strong negotiation and escalation skills, and a collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Interface management experience in multi‑supplier rail, infrastructure, or systems integration programmes.
• Ability to translate complex dependencies into practical agreements and testable criteria.
• Strong meeting control, action tracking and escalation skills.
• Resilience under pressure during interface disputes and IVVQ/T&C cycles.
• Structured, persistent and collaborative working style.
• 7+ years in interface management and multi‑supplier integration on rail projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain interface management plan, interface register, ICDs and dependencies.
• Coordinate interfaces and chair interface meetings; track actions.
• Ensure changes are reflected in requirements, configuration and change plans.
• Support integration readiness reviews and cross‑system commissioning scenarios.
• Apply Hitachi Code of Conduct and ensure ethical escalation and data protection.
• Lead interface identification, register control, and cross-supplier alignment.
• Provide functional authority for interface management processes and escalation.
