Job summary

PEAK Wind is seeking an Internal Business Excellence Consultant to lead internal projects, support strategic business development, and strengthen operations. You will contribute to the growth of the business by driving efficiency, applying AI opportunities, and ensuring best-practice processes across the organisation.

You will join the Project & Business Excellence team, collaborating with colleagues across the company in a dynamic, international setting and reporting to the Head of Project

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Economics, Project Management or similar).
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal projects to improve processes and performance.
• Support business development and strategic direction.
• Assist with strategic development and initiative execution.
• Explore and apply AI tools and automation across the organisation.
• Serve as sparring partner on problem-solving and consulting best practices.
• Maintain and update process documentation and controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements.
