Job summary

MAP | WPP Enterprise Solutions designs, builds, and operates growth systems for client success, combining strategy with execution in a global network. We seek a Business Architect who can translate complex needs into clear operating models and actionable playbooks.

You will run end-to-end client workstreams, lead stakeholder workshops, and apply AI and data-driven insights to modernise processes in a dynamic, international environment based in Copenhagen or London.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field and relevant experience in architecture/design.
• 5–8 years of experience in Business Architecture, Process Consulting, Organization Design or Change Management.
• Strong communication, storytelling and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews with stakeholders to map current ways of working.
• Map and design operating models, capabilities and marketing processes.
• Define roles, responsibilities and decision rights frameworks.
• Develop and implement solutions to improve client ways of working.
• Identify improvements and advise on organisational performance and delivery.
• Create operational playbooks, training materials and adoption strategies.
• Lead workshops with cross-functional and executive audiences.
• Apply AI, automation and data insights to modernise client processes.
• Own end-to-end client workstreams and coordinate between teams.
