Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of consultants and developing talent.
• Proven track record in growing client partnerships and driving growth.
• Ability to manage complex transformations with high-quality standards.
• Fluent in English; Danish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a ~20-person consultant team and shape the Strategy & Transformation offering.
• Develop client relationships and secure long-term partnerships.
