Job summary

You will partner with the Senior Director to plan, prioritise and execute cross-functional projects, ensuring executive-ready materials and robust delivery across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Strategy, Project Management or another relevant discipline.
• Proven experience in project management, transformation, strategy, management consulting, finance, business support or related field within a complex international organisation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects or workstreams involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Experience preparing presentations, analyses and executive-level decision papers.
• Strong analytical, planning, facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to synthesise complex information into clear recommendations.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate business-critical projects from planning through execution, ensuring clear governance, milestones, deliverables and stakeholder alignment.
• Prepare high-quality briefings, presentations, analyses and decision materials for senior leadership forums and executive processes.
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues and dependencies, providing clear recommendations and escalating matters when required.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings and cross-functional discussions to drive decisions, maintain momentum and ensure successful delivery.
• Continuously improve project governance practices, tools and ways of working to strengthen execution, collaboration and organisational effectiveness.
