Velux A/S in Østbirk is seeking a Project/Programme Planner to lead the integrated schedules across multiple development tracks. You will collaborate with project managers, programme leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure transparency, alignment, and timely delivery of milestones.

The role emphasizes governance, scenario planning, and continuous improvement of planning tools, with a focus on accuracy and proactive guidance to plan owners. A PMI-SP or related certification is a plus.

Competenze

• Experience as a Planner, Scheduler, or similar planning professional within large-scale projects, programmes, or product development environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project and ability to manage integrated schedules.
• Experience developing structured project plans with milestones and dependencies.
• Understanding of programme governance and planning standards.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Formal training or certification in planning (e.g., PMI-SP, AACE PSP) is a plus.

• Develop, maintain, and oversee an integrated programme plan across projects and sub-projects.
• Maintain programme plans and reporting to ensure visibility across workstreams and milestones.
• Review schedule updates from project managers to keep the master schedule accurate.
