Job summary

UNICEF seeks a Procurement Services Manager to create and drive a strategic framework for procurement services, coordinating with regional and country offices, HQ, and customers through innovative partnerships. Qualifications

Master or equivalent degree in Business Administration or related field.
8 years of progressive professional experience in marketing or leading customer-service teams, including 2–3 years managing large, multi-stakeholder projects.
Strong analytical, negotiating, advocacy, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a strategic framework for the identification of procurement services projects.
Engage with UNICEF Regional Offices and Country Offices (RO/CO) through workshops and correspondence.
Initiate new Procurement Services projects with UNICEF HQ and RO/CO and customers via partnerships.
Develop a system for progress and results monitoring and propose corrective actions.
Develop communication and advocacy plans and manage promotional materials.
Coordinate and ensure the usability and functionality of the Procurement Services site, including web applications for cost estimates and e-procurement.
Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive procurement service excellence.
