Job summary

UNICEF Supply Division seeks a Finance Specialist (Supply Financing) to mobilize domestic resources, bridge disbursement timing, and develop new financing opportunities. You will coordinate financing operations, support donor reporting for VII, and collaborate with country offices on budgeting and procurement matters.

Role requires a Master’s degree in financial management or related field and 5+ years in development finance, with experience in health budgeting and financing instruments.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in financial management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of international experience in development or public finance.
• Experience with country budget processes, procurement forecasting, or revolving funds preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day supply financing operations and donor reporting for VII.
• Support resource mobilization and forecasting for procurement planning.
• Engage with Ministries of Health and Finance to access UNICEF's VII revolving fund.
• Provide technical assistance on budgeting, financial management, and procurement for country offices.
