In this highly visible role, you will partner with Research, Development and Commercial and other global functions to ensure alignment, translate complex portfolio challenges into actionable guidance for

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher degree in business, economics, marketing, public health or related discipline.
• At least 5 years in pharma/biopharma industry, preferably in diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular or related areas.
• At least 5 years in a commercial organisation, with collaboration with R&D.
• Demonstrated leadership through people management or large cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team responsible for portfolio strategy and portfolio management activities.
• Establish and implement portfolio management frameworks, methodologies, and governance processes.
• Drive cross-functional assessments of strategic portfolio opportunities, risks, and dilemmas.
• Partner with Research, Development, Commercial and other global functions to ensure alignment and informed decision-making.
• Translate complex portfolio challenges into clear recommendations for senior leadership.
