Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in strategy consulting and project management from a well-reputed strategy consultancy or strategy department (professional experience and interview performance will determine whether we hire you as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager)
• Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and motivation to drive change at all levels of the organisation
• The ability to communicate complex information clearly (both verbally and in writing)
• Proven to be ambitious, challenge-seeking and result-oriented

Responsibilities

• Drive projects, including the daily management of the project team typically consisting of 2-5 members
• Work closely with the team and the operating partner to secure project momentum, delivery and impact
• Act as sparring partner on other projects, drive department activities, such as recruiting or internal learning & development, and help shape department strategy
• Participate in a diverse range of strategy projects across Novo Nordisk’s value chain and geographies
