Job summary

You will drive portfolio strategy, address strategic dilemmas, and enable enterprise-wide decision-making through robust analysis and recommendations.

You will partner across Research, Development, Commercial and other global functions to ensure alignment and informed leadership decisions in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in strategy development and leadership within a large, global pharma organisation.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and steer confident decisions.
• Experience aligning research, development, commercial, and global functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the portfolio strategy team.
• Establish and implement portfolio management governance and frameworks.
• Drive cross-functional assessments of strategic portfolio opportunities, risks, and dilemmas.
• Partner with Research, Development, Commercial and other global functions to ensure alignment.
