Job summary

Too Good To Go is seeking a Partner Integration Specialist to own end-to-end partner integrations. You will lead conversations with partners, gather requirements, configure integrations, and support ongoing success across SSO, reporting, and the Partner API.

You will work with partner stakeholders across time zones in a fast-paced scale-up. The role emphasizes clear written communication and proactive follow-ups to ensure no tasks fall through the cracks.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical partner-facing work with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in written communication for email and tickets.
• Comfortable working across multiple time zones.
• Organised with ability to manage multiple threads and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for partners setting up and configuring integrations (SSO, Reporting, Partner API).
• Lead conversations to gather requirements and guide partners through setup.
• Perform configuration work translating requirements into correct integrations.
• Develop deep knowledge of partner reporting suite to match partners to solutions.
• Act as SME for KAMs; share guidance and consolidate how-to content.
• Monitor open integration requests and keep stakeholders informed on status.
