Job description

At Too Good To Go, we have an ambitious mission: to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste together.

More than 1/3 of all food produced in the world is wasted. And that has a huge impact on the health of our planet. 10% of greenhouse gas emissions come from food waste and loss.

Through our marketplace app, we connect businesses that have unsold, surplus food, with consumers who can buy and enjoy it at ⅓ of retail value. We are a certified B Corporation with a mission to empower everyone to take action against food waste. Alongside our marketplace app, we create educational tools, explore new business solutions, and influence legislation to help reduce food waste.

We’re growing fast: Our community of 120 million registered users and 180,000 active partners across 20 countries, have together already saved over 500 million meals from going to waste

In 2023, Too Good To Go was recognised on Fortune's acclaimed 'Change the World' list, named as one of Deloitte's 'Best Managed Companies' and won a coveted 'Cultural Impact Award' at the annual Apple App Store Awards.

The Role

The Partner Integration Specialist is the go-to person for everything related to partner integrations. You own the end-to-end process, from the first conversation with a partner through configuration, follow-up, and ongoing support. You sit at the intersection of technical configuration and partner-facing communication, ensuring integrations are set up correctly and partners feel supported throughout.

This is a partner-facing role, but your counterparts on the partner side are primarily their technical integration stakeholders. Strategic and high-level conversations remain with Key Account Managers and the product team. Because our partners span Australia, Europe, and US/Canada, you should expect meetings across all three time zones.

Responsibilities
  • You are the primary point of contact for partners setting up and configuring integrations, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Reporting, and the Partner API. You lead the conversation to understand their needs, gather requirements, and guide them through the process.
  • You carry out the configuration work itself, translating partner requirements into correctly set-up integrations, and troubleshoot issues during and after setup.
  • You develop and maintain deep knowledge of our partner reporting suite, what each report does, which metrics live where, and what each is for, so you can match partners to the right solution and explain it clearly.
  • Internally, you serve as the subject matter expert for Key Account Managers. You answer their integration and reporting questions and make it easy for them to understand what's possible and what's in progress. You also gather and consolidate existing how-to and guide material, updating it to cover the most common solutions and use cases so KAMs can self-serve where possible.
  • You proactively follow up on open integration requests, keeping partners and internal stakeholders informed on status and next steps. Nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.
  • You own the partner-facing “integration support” inbox, triaging incoming requests, responding in a timely manner, and routing or escalating where necessary.
  • Finally, you collect raw feedback from KAMs and partners and make it available to the product team. Serious issues or limitations are brought to operations leadership to decide whether they should be addressed.
Requirements
  • You bring enough experience in technical partner-facing work that KAMs and operations leadership can rely on you from early on.
  • You're comfortable working with technical configuration tools and APIs, and can hold your own in a conversation with a partner's technical integration team without needing an engineer in the room.
  • You communicate clearly in writing, since most of this work happens over email and tickets.
  • You're organised enough to keep many open threads moving in parallel, and proactive about chasing things to closure.
  • You're comfortable working across time zones and flexible enough to occasionally take meetings outside standard hours.
Our values:
  • We Win Together
  • We Raise the Bar
  • We Keep It Simple
  • We Build A Legacy
  • We Care
What we have to offer
  • A rare opportunity to work in a social impact company (and certified B Corporation!) where you can see real and tangible impact in your role.
  • Working alongside an international community of users, partners and 1,200+ colleagues across 20 countries that are on the same important mission.
  • Personal and professional development opportunities in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
  • An inclusive company culture where you can bring your authentic self to work
  • A strong, values-driven team culture where we celebrate successes and socialise with colleagues that care.
  • WORK FLEXIBLY:
    • Enjoy hybrid working from our great offices, at home or abroad.
    • Extra parental leave and days off beyond local legislation and the option to take an extra week of unpaid leave
    • Health insurance and pension plans (subject to country of employment).
    • Additional days off for significant life events
  • CELEBRATE & SOCIALISE
    • Regular social events like summer and winter parties.
    • Coffee, snacks and fully-equipped kitchens.
    • Get to know our community with a monthly free Surprise Bag
    • Paid volunteer time through our Shareback volunteering programme
    • Women in the Workplace, P.R.I.D.E., People of Colour and Functionally Diverse Employee Resource Groups

A Movement for Everyone

We want to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste together. With that mission, it’s only natural that we want to build a diverse and inclusive team of highly capable individuals who are passionate about doing things in a better way. We strongly believe we all excel and and are more creative when we’re allowed to be ourselves, and we’re committed to a culture where all of us belong.

We are an equal opportunity employer and all employment is decided on the basis of qualifications, merit and business need. If you need reasonable accommodation at any point in the application or interview process, please let us know.
