Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business, finance, sciences, engineering or a similar field.

Responsibilities

• Advise the head of your assigned GMA area on the annual strategy process and its translation into budget priorities, framing trade-offs and challenging assumptions, dependencies and options.
• Co‑own the budget process area with a team colleague, setting direction for templates, guidance and best practice, and leading adoption across GMA.
• Lead highly complex and ambiguous strategic projects: frame the problem, define scope and governance, set milestones and risk responses, and deliver on time, within budget and to the required quality.
• Strengthen governance by clarifying decisions, accountability and follow‑up across interdependent work.
• Turn evidence into concise, data‑driven recommendations, and prepare analyses, memos and presentations that shape GMA Leadership Team decisions.
• Share what you learn, improve common team methods and mentor colleagues, so the team stays resilient and consistent.
