Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant professional experience from investment banking, corporate M&A, private equity or Big 4 transaction services.
• Experience with strategy consulting will also be considered.
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities including financial modelling, valuation and financial statement analysis.
• Solid experience with M&A transactions, due diligence and managing workstreams.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Perform and review financial analysis, modelling and valuations to support M&A and strategic investments.
• Take ownership of key M&A workstreams including due diligence, coordination of external advisors and deal documentation.
• Identify, screen and assess potential targets for strategic fit and value creation.
• Develop investment cases with strategic rationale, financial returns and risks.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the group to assess commercial, financial and operational aspects.
• Support transaction structuring, negotiations and post‑acquisition integration planning.
• Drive own workstreams and challenge assumptions to deliver high-quality recommendations.
