Pandora A/S is seeking a Specialist, Inventory Strategy to join the Global Merchandising & Supply Chain team in Copenhagen. You will coordinate inventory performance across retail clusters, balancing demand, profitability, and stock availability while collaborating with Merchandising, Allocation, and regional partners.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of relevant professional experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, Allocation, Merchandise Planning, Demand Planning, or related field.
• Experience working with retail products, inventory, or commercial planning environments.
• Strong Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Experience using Power BI or similar reporting and visualization tools.
• Confidence presenting insights and leading discussions with stakeholders.
• Ability to influence decisions through data and commercial understanding.
• Proactive mindset with ownership and limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory performance and stock investment strategies across assigned retail clusters.
• Develop inventory frameworks balancing customer demand, commercial performance, and working capital efficiency.
• Monitor inventory risks and address low stock, excess inventory, and supply constraints.
• Drive inventory rebalancing strategies to maximize stock utilization and availability.
• Establish and track key inventory KPIs, including stock health, forecast accuracy, sell-through, and availability.
• Support allocation and scarcity decisions for high-demand products.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and inventory flows across the business.
• Lead discussions with cluster stakeholders to drive alignment on inventory decisions.
