Job summary

Pandora is seeking a Specialist, Supply Planning to translate demand into supply orders for Core Collection and Platform products. Based in Copenhagen, you will balance availability, inventory exposure, and capacity while partnering with Demand Planning, DCs, and other Supply Chain stakeholders.

You will contribute to a defined planning capability area, support lifecycle phase-ins/outs, and help drive standardized planning processes across the team.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of experience within Supply Planning, Operations Planning, or a related discipline.
• Experience managing defined SKU portfolios.
• Strong understanding of service levels, inventory management, and the trade-offs between availability and inventory exposure.
• Experience working with capacity constraints, lead times, and planning parameters.
• Experience working in a cross-functional planning environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute supply planning for an assigned portfolio of Core Collection and Platform products.
• Translate demand plans and changes into structured and accurate supply orders.
• Ensure timely and accurate purchase order placement.
• Monitor capacity constraints, lead times, service risks, and inventory exposure.
• Support controlled phase-in and phase-out execution across your portfolio.
• Support supply execution during periods of early lifecycle volatility for products transitioning from new product introduction.
• Monitor excess inventory risk and adjust supply orders in line with defined governance.
• Partner closely with Demand Planners to align on demand changes, supply implications, and potential service risks.
• Support the Supply Planning interface toward assigned Distribution Centers by monitoring inbound flow visibility, congestion risks, and inventory positioning.
• Escalate material deviations and structural supply concerns when required.
• Contribute to one defined planning capability area, such as safety stock governance, planning parameter maintenance, capacity visibility, phase-in and phase-out tracking, or inventory health reporting.
• Support standardized ways of working and continuous improvement across Supply Planning

Support supply planning excellence across a global product portfolio

As Specialist, Supply Planning, you will execute supply planning activities for an assigned portfolio of Core Collection and Platform products. You will translate demand plans into structured supply orders while balancing product availability, inventory exposure, capacity, and lead-time constraints. Working within a product-centric planning model, you will monitor supply execution across your portfolio and support products transitioning from new product introduction into the core planning environment. You will help ensure that replenishment remains aligned with confirmed demand, supply orders are adjusted when required, and potential service or inventory risks are identified and escalated. You will work closely with Demand Planning, Distribution Centers, and wider Supply Chain stakeholders to create alignment across the planning process. In addition, you will contribute to one defined Supply Planning capability area and support standardized ways of working across the team. Joining our Global Supply Chain organization in Copenhagen, you will report to the Senior Supply Planning Manager and become part of a collaborative team focused on delivering strong service levels and operational performance.

Your Accountabilities Will Be To

A relevant educational background may include Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or another related discipline. An equivalent combination of relevant education and professional experience is also welcome.
