Job summary

Ayvens Group is seeking an analytical FP&A Specialist in Taastrup to drive budgeting, forecasting and business performance insights. You will collaborate with the FP&A and BI teams to translate data into actionable guidance for management and stakeholders across the organization.

Ideal candidates hold 3+ years in FP&A, advanced Excel and Power BI skills, and are fluent in English; Danish is a plus. The role offers a full-time on-site position with a comprehensive employee benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, business controlling, financial analysis or equivalent.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial performance management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; Danish is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly performance reviews with insights into financial and operational results.
• Act as finance partner to designated business functions and stakeholders.
• Support budgets, forecasts and long-term planning.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to inform decisions.
• Drive automation and improvements in planning and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with BI and management for KPI follow-up.
