Creative Force seeks an FP&A Analyst to build and maintain financial models, support forecasting, and partner with department leaders to understand drivers of performance. You will own Abacum and help scale planning across ARR, P&L, and KPIs.

The role involves hands-on modelling, cross-functional collaboration, and growth within a fast-growing, hybrid-work environment based in Holstebro area.

Qualifications

• Weeks of FP&A experience or 3–4 years in FP&A, corporate finance, business controlling, or financial analysis.
• Experience owning Abacum and using finance systems to support planning and reporting.
• Ability to work with stakeholders across departments and translate data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, reporting tools, and other business systems is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting, planning, and decision-making.
• Support forecasting and monthly/quarterly reporting with variance analysis.
• Own the long-range planning model (3-year plan) linked to drivers and actuals.
• Collaborate with department leaders to understand drivers behind performance.
