Job summary

Faerch is seeking a Business Finance Manager to be a trusted finance partner to Group Functions and the Holstebro factory, translating financial data into clear insights to enable faster, better decisions at every level of the organisation.

You will own monthly reporting, forecasting and budgeting, deliver financial insight, and work with stakeholders to identify cost and cash improvement opportunities to strengthen performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance business partnering and cost control.
• Strong financial planning and analysis skills with variance analysis.
• Experience with large data sets and BI tools to build dashboards.
• Ability to work across functions and countries in a complex organisation.
• Clear and compelling communicator engaging both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
