Faerch Plast Group seeks a Supply Chain Controller to provide financial insight across its international manufacturing network, partnering with Supply Chain leadership to improve cost efficiency and drive performance.

You will translate operational data into clear financial insight, enabling faster and more confident decisions at every level. The role requires analytical precision, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive, resilient mindset.

Qualifications

• Finance business partnering and cost control in manufacturing or supply chain.
• Strong FP&A skills with clear management reporting and forecasts.
• Experience building dashboards and performance reports from large data sets.
• Able to collaborate across functions in a complex international organisation.
• Clear, compelling communicator engaging both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Be a finance partner to Group Supply Chain with focus on cost and cash improvement.
• Lead financial review of capacity utilisation, S&OP, and footprint optimisation.
• Produce timely management reports with variance analysis and insights.
• Support the Director COO Finance with cost reporting and analysis.
