Job summary

Faerch Group is seeking a Supply Chain Controller to deliver critical financial support across its international manufacturing network, partnering with the Group Supply Chain leadership to drive cost efficiency and robust performance. You will translate data into actionable insight, lead capacity analysis, S&OP cost reporting, and collaborate across borders to optimise the global supply chain.

Qualifications

Experience in finance business partnering and cost control, ideally within a manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial environment.
Strong financial planning and analysis skills with the ability to produce clear management reporting and forecasts.
Proficiency with large data sets and BI tools to build dashboards and performance reports.
Ability to work across functions in a complex international organisation.
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management across borders.

Responsibilities

Be a finance business partner to the Group Supply Chain team with a focus on cost and cash optimisation and robust decision making.
Lead financial review and analysis of capacity utilisation, S&OP activities and manufacturing footprint optimisation.
Produce accurate and timely management reports with variance analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
Support the Director COO Finance with manufacturing cost reporting and analysis.
