Job summary

Faerch Group is seeking a Business Finance Manager to act as a finance business partner to Group Functions and the Holstebro factory team. You will translate operational and financial data into clear insight to enable faster, better decisions across the organisation.

You will own reporting, forecasting and budgeting processes, delivering financial insight and partnering with stakeholders to identify cost and cash improvement opportunities to strengthen performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance business partnering and cost control.
• Strong financial planning and analysis skills with variance analysis and recommendations.
• Experience building dashboards and performance reports with BI tools.
• Ability to work across functions and countries in an international organisation.
• Clear and compelling communicator engaging finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as finance business partner to Group Functions, providing financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Prepare monthly performance reports, dashboards and commentary for Group Functions and the Holstebro trading entity.
• Coordinate forecasting and annual budgeting for Group Functions and the Holstebro trading entity.
