Job summary

Faerch Plast Group is seeking a Business Finance Manager to partner with Group Functions and the Holstebro factory, translating financial and operational data into clear insights that drive faster, better decisions at all levels of the organisation.

You will own key reporting, forecasting and budgeting processes, deliver financial insight, and identify cost and cash improvement opportunities to strengthen performance across the group.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance business partnering and cost control in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong FP&A skills with variance analysis, commentary and recommendations.
• Experience building dashboards and performance reports using BI tools.
• Ability to work across functions and countries in a complex international org.
• Clear communicator engaging both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as finance business partner to Group Functions, including People & Culture, Digital, Legal, Strategy, Sustainability, Innovation and Communications, providing financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Prepare monthly performance reports, dashboards and commentary for Group Functions and the Holstebro trading entity, highlighting key drivers, risks, opportunities and areas requiring attention.
• Coordinate forecasting and annual budgeting for Group Functions and the Holstebro trading entity, working with cost centre owners, local finance teams, Group FP&A and factory management.
