Novo Nordisk, based in Denmark, seeks an EVP Strategy Partner to shape the strategic agenda for Enterprise IT & Quality. You will anchor critical processes, align corporate and EVP priorities, and guide leadership decisions on governance, budgets, and organisational development.

The role is global with limited travel, and offers exposure to senior leadership and strategic initiatives across the value chain.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree within a related field and approximately 5 years of relevant or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in cross‑functional business support, complex organisational environments, or consultancy, strategy or management advisory work.
• Strong experience with organisational processes, programme coordination, and portfolio or governance structures.
• The ability to design and maintain structure in complex leadership processes.
• High integrity, sound judgement and professional maturity, with the ability to manage complexity calmly.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organisation.
• A strong leadership presence in senior leadership environments and fluency in English.
• A solid understanding of the pharmaceutical value chain or other regulated environments (would be an advantage)

Responsibilities

• Own and drive critical strategic processes across the EVP area, including annual wheel activities, ad hoc analysis and executive‑level presentations that inform leadership decisions.
• Anchor the Vision and Strategy process, ensuring alignment between the corporate strategy, the EVP‑area strategy and priorities across EVP‑1 areas.
• Establish and maintain the operating rhythm for the Enterprise IT & Quality Leadership Team, including agendas, cadences, decision forums and structured follow‑up.
• Facilitate the EVP and EVP‑1 Leadership Teams on strategic, organisational and financial matters, providing the structure and insight needed for effective decisions.
• Lead governance processes, including portfolio reviews and budget cycles with Finance, and organisational development activities that evolve our capabilities and ways of working.
• Support alignment of the enterprise digital, data and AI agenda across all EVP areas, and provide advisory support on change management and strategy implementation
