Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Copenhagen seeks a Business Finance Manager to turn financial data into actionable insight for the Danish and Icelandic affiliate. You will own core finance processes and challenge budget submissions to steer resources where they matter.

You will partner with the business, drive data-driven decisions, and collaborate across cultures. The role offers international exposure within Finance & Operations and the BFA team, with opportunities to grow capabilities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance or similar field.
• 3–4 years of relevant finance or consulting experience.
• Experience in business partnering and cross-functional work.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to tell a clear financial story.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive comprehensive finance processes aligning performance with drivers.
• Prepare and present performance reports to local management with key trends.
• Act as finance partner to LOB, BFA head and F&O director for strategic decisions.
• Partner across the affiliate to align budget inputs with targets.
• Lead departmental and cross-functional projects to optimise processes.
• Share best-practice methods and provide constructive feedback.
