BESTSELLER, a leader in fashion retail, seeks a Finance Business Partner to drive financial insights for its E-commerce arm in Aarhus. You will connect financial data with commercial decisions across markets and brands, translating metrics into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.

In this role you partner closely with E-commerce and finance teams, own performance follow-up, and influence budgeting and strategic investments to optimise profitability and growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance, economics, accounting or a related field, or equal experience.
• Several years of experience in finance, controlling or audit.
• Experience with financial reporting, month-end closing, budgeting and follow-up in a complex organisation.
• Strong skills in Excel, Power BI and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as a proactive sparring partner for the E-commerce business on strategy and operations.
• Own financial performance follow-up including month-end, forecasts and budget.
• Translate financial data into clear insights to support decision-making.
• Support and improve finance processes and ways of working.
• Ensure finance contributes to business impact, not just reporting.
