Job summary

Skamol, part of the Etex Group, is seeking a Student Assistant to support sales and strategic initiatives from our Viby office. You will work 10–20 hours per week, collaborating with the commercial analyst and other team members to turn data into actionable insights.

You will gain exposure to a global company, work on strategic projects, and develop skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis while communicating in English and Danish.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization).
• Fluent English and Danish, written and spoken.
• German skills are desirable but not required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive, service-minded with data-driven insights.
• Interest in business understanding and turning data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Deepdive in strategic projects and support ad hoc data tasks across teams.
• Maintain and update sales and margin data for decision-making across sales teams.
• Prepare and distribute the monthly KPI status update to provide transparency on performance across key business areas.
• Create presentations and visual reports in PowerPoint and Excel for internal use.
• Collaborate with departments across geographies and value chain.
