Job summary

Trustpilot is seeking a Student Assistant to support our European Sales Team in Copenhagen. You will help with day-to-day tasks, coordinate events, and assist with reporting and data management, while developing professional skills in a fast-growing environment.

You’ll work approximately 10–20 hours per week, with flexibility around your study schedule, collaborating with leadership and gaining exposure to international sales operations and organizational initiatives.

Qualifications

• You are eager to learn on the job and have a proactive mindset.
• You are curious about commercial organizations and how business functions operate.
• You are comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets).
• You have prior experience in a corporate or office setting, or alongside studies.
• You can work independently and meet deadlines with clear written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day team support: assist leadership and regional managers with tasks, scheduling and follow-ups.
• Internal initiatives & events: plan and coordinate recurring team meetings and activities.
• Reporting & data support: gather metrics, update systems and maintain spreadsheets.
• Documentation & knowledge sharing: create and update internal guides and files.
• Ad-hoc projects: assist with diverse tasks and test new tools or processes.
