Job summary

Skamol is seeking a Student Assistant for Sales and Strategy to join our Viby J office. You will support strategic projects, handle data maintenance and KPI reporting, and collaborate with multiple departments across geographies.

This role offers flexible hours (10–20 per week) and hands-on experience in a global company. Ideal candidates are analytically minded students proficient in Excel, fluent in English and Danish, with a proactive, service-minded approach and an interest in deriving

Qualifications

• Enrolled student currently pursuing studies, preferably in business, analytics or related field.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Excel; comfortable with pivot tables, formulas and data visuals.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Danish; German is a plus.

Student Assistant for Sales and Strategy

We are looking for a talented Student Assistant for our office in Viby. This is a great opportunity to strengthen and develop your professional skills in a global company and to be a part of our ongoing journey.

What You’ll Do

• Deepdive in selected strategic projects
• Maintain and update sales and margin-related data to support decision-making across sales teams
• Prepare and distribute the monthly KPI status update to provide transparency on performance across key business areas
• Perform ad hoc data tasks and analyses to support various departments across the organization
• Create presentations and visual reports in PowerPoint and Excel for internal use

What You’ll Bring

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization)
• Solid communication skills in both English and Danish, written and spoken
• Skills in German are desirable (but not a requirement)
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
• Proactive and service-minded approach to supporting colleagues with data and insights
• Interest in business understanding and curiosity to turn data into actionable recommendations
