Job summary

Vipp søger en ambitiøs studerende til en dataanalytisk rolle i vores driftsafdeling. Du vil arbejde tæt sammen med COO/CFO og et lille team af specialister for at styrke vores data og udvikle automatiserede processer.

Stillingen er 15–20 timer om ugen og er baseret i København. Du får ansvar og mulighed for at påvirke vores digitale løsninger og AI-initiativer gennem praktiske projekter.

Qualifications

• Du har en forretningsforståelse og er nysgerrig på, hvordan processer og systemer understøtter forretningen.
• Du er teknisk nysgerrig med interesse i data og AI.
• Kendskab til Power BI, Excel, automatisering eller AI-værktøjer er en fordel.
• Solid forståelse for relationelle databaser er et krav.

Responsibilities

• Kompilere, strukturerer og validerer data fra forskellige kilder for at styrke datafundamenter.
• Vedligeholde og forbedre masterdata og datakvalitet i vores ERP-system.
• Udarbejde rapporter og dashboards der giver forretningen bedre indsigt i performance.
• Bidrage til automatisering af processer og workflow-forbedringer gennem integrationer og API’er.
• Arbejde med AI-værktøjer til at bygge små interne apps og finde smartere arbejdsgange.

We are a family‑owned company with high ambitions, and we are now searching for a student data analyst to join our operations department. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, analytical, and eager to develop at the intersection of business, data, and technology.

You will work closely with our COO/CFO and a small team of dedicated professionals. While your tasks are primarily data‑driven, what matters most is your ability to understand the business behind the numbers, this is the foundation for building solutions that create real value. You will help strengthen our data foundations, automate workflows, and explore how AI tools can make us work smarter. While the team will support and guide you, the role is also highly independent, we are looking for someone who can take ownership and drive tasks.

Ideally, you are studying a degree with a strong focus on data and digital business, such as data, analytics, IT, engineering, business economics, or digital business.

The position is approximately 15-20 hours per week and based at our headquarters in Copenhagen. The role is to be filled as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities

• Compile, structure, and validate data from various sources to build stronger data foundations
• Maintain and improve master data and data quality in our ERP system
• Build reports and dashboards that give the business better insight into performance
• Contribute to process automation and workflow improvements, for example by connecting our systems through simple integrations and APIs
• Work with AI tools to build small internal apps and find smarter ways of working

Qualifications

• Business understanding comes first, you are curious about how a company operates and how processes and systems support the business
• Tech‑savvy with an interest in the intersection of business, data, and AI
• Experience with Power BI, Excel, automation tools (e.g., Power Automate), or AI tools is an advantage
• Solid understanding of relational database structures is a requirement
