Responsibilities

• Act as a close business partner to the Critical Facilities Director.
• Take responsibility for the ongoing Contract Support function and drive progress.
• Vendor life cycle management.
• Support the financial and commercial performance of the contract.
• Follow up on KPIs and contract reporting.
• Coordinate and administer relevant helpdesk and asset management systems.
• Ensure effective communication between the client, on-site team, and US leadership.
