Job summary

T5 Data Centers in Viborg seeks a Critical Services Supervisor to ensure safe, reliable operation of our data center. You will work with the Facilities Operations Manager to lead Critical Services Technicians and Control Room Specialists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent 3-5+ years in a mission-critical environment.
• At least 1 year of direct management experience with shift-based employees.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems and facilities operations.
• Experience with critical infrastructure, preventive maintenance and change control.
• Experience working with SLAs, contractors and clients.
• Excellent communication skills in Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Support the Facilities Operations Manager in day-to-day operation and maintenance of critical data center infrastructure.
• Lead, develop and schedule the Critical Services Technicians and Control Room Specialists.
• Support 24/7 operations and respond to emergencies when required.
• Monitor and manage critical power, cooling and environmental conditions.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and fire protection systems.
• Ensure compliance with client SLAs, change control and preventive maintenance requirements.
• Own the quality and effective use of the site's CMMS.
• Coordinate and oversee external contractors and vendors.
• Support client relationships and facilities-related issues.
• Support safety, environmental compliance, resource planning and budget activities.
• Take a leadership role in the absence of the Facilities Operations Manager.
