Job summary

Sisk in Denmark is seeking an Assistant Contracts Manager to support the Contracts Manager in delivering design and construction projects. You will act as deputy project lead, drive HSEQS on site, manage RAMS, and coordinate teams to meet client expectations.

The role requires a degree in Construction or Engineering, relevant safety training, and experience across contracts. A strong communicator will thrive in this dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction/Engineering is required.
• IOSH or equivalent HSE training is desirable.
• Knowledge of RAMS and permit requirements for live energy works.
• Experience with project planning, HSE and risk reduction practices.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Support Contracts/Project Manager in delivering design and construction projects.
• Act as deputy project lead and manage HSE, risk, and quality on site.
• Build relationships with clients, consultants and suppliers.
• Prepare RAMS and ensure safe systems of work on site.
• Monitor progress against the Project Execution Plan and drive improvements.
• Coordinate resources and close out works per handover strategy.
