Job summary

Sisk Group is seeking an Assistant Contracts Manager to join our Data centre team in Denmark. This role supports the Contracts Manager in delivering challenging construction projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.

You will act as deputy project lead, manage RAMS with the project team, oversee HSEQS, and help implement the Project Execution Plan while building strong relationships with clients, consultants and suppliers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project delivery experience in operational, planning or engineering roles.
• 2+ years of construction experience across a variety of contracts or sectors.

Responsibilities

• Manage reporting systems, team meetings and package management.
• Support the Contracts or Project Manager in delivering design and construction projects.
• Act as a role model for staff and operatives through professional conduct and leadership.
• Take an active role in HSE management, challenging site practices to drive improvement in line with the Zero Injury Commitment.
• Promote discipline in line with company protocols, practices and procedures.
• Assist in managing project delivery teams, focusing on risk management and consistency with client and company expectations.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of robust Project Execution Plans.
• Communicate and enforce the company commitment to Zero Defects and Zero Snags.
