Do you have strong commercial and administrative skills, a good understanding of financial matters, and a natural ability to create structure and build strong relationships?
As Contract Support Lead, you will play an important role in the day-to-day management and development of a significant contract. You will work closely on-site with our Critical Facilities Director and play a central role in collaborating with the client, the on-site team, and our US leadership team.
This is a role where you need to be detail-oriented, understand the business, and be able to see what it takes to create a great customer experience and a healthy contract.
The overall responsibility for the contract sits with our Critical Facilities Director, but you will be a key player in the day-to-day follow-up on the contract’s commercial, financial, and administrative matters. Moreover, you will be part of the initial part of MSA (Master Service Agreement) and responsible for the SOW (Scope of Work) and overall vendor management.
You will help ensure that we deliver on our agreements, maintain strong financial control, and continuously develop our relationship with the client.
An important part of the role is also working closely with our US leadership team. You will be expected to provide a clear and professional overview of the contract’s status, financial performance, operational performance, and development opportunities, while ensuring that information and decisions are effectively translated into action within the local organization.
The customer is at the heart of this role. You will play a significant part in the ongoing customer dialogue and will be expected to understand, meet, and ideally anticipate the customer’s needs. You should be able to build trust and strong relationships while also having the confidence to engage in commercial and operational discussions when required.
