Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in domain, solution, or enterprise architecture or senior platform roles.
• Strong understanding of commercial capabilities in life sciences, including CRM, engagement and analytics.
• Experience shaping target architectures and scalable digital ecosystems across markets.
• Ability to assess platform choices and advise senior stakeholders in practical language.
• Collaborative style with ability to align business, digital, data, AI and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Shape the commercial architecture across CRM, engagement, content, analytics and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Define data connections and platform boundaries to enable interoperability and future flexibility.
• Act as architectural design authority and guide trade-offs with stakeholders and partners.
