Job summary

Orifarm seeks a commercial contracts attorney to act as a trusted legal business partner across the organisation, translating legal risk into practical business solutions. You will own a broad range of contract matters and drive the CLM framework while collaborating with Procurement, Business Development and Commercial teams.

You will advise on interpretation, amendments, breaches and disputes, and support strategic decisions with the legal team.

Qualifications

• Law degree (LL.M.) or cand.merc.jur with at least 3 years' experience drafting commercial contracts.
• Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts in international settings.
• Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management and digitalisation of legal processes.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements; advise on interpretation, breaches, terminations and disputes.
• Drive and develop Orifarm's Contract Lifecycle Management framework; maintain templates, playbooks and clauses.
• Develop contract management policies, processes and governance structures.
• Explore AI and other legal technologies in contract management and processes.
• Administer and optimise the contract management system.
• Support M&A projects, due diligence, and post-merger integration.
• Provide general legal support across marketing, IP, corporate and commercial law with the team.
