Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an in-house legal role within an international manufacturing or service company or from private practice.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to provide business oriented legal advice.
• Analytically strong with proactive and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts with customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Ensuring legal compliance and mitigating legal and commercial risks across the Group.
• Acting as a trusted legal advisor to management and stakeholders globally.
• Supporting strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives within the Group.
• Developing and maintaining the Group's legal templates, policies, and processes.

Education

Master's degree in Law (LL.M.)

Master’s degree in business law (cand.merc.jur. or equivalent)
