Job summary

ORIFARM A/S in Odense is seeking an experienced employment law professional to act as trusted advisor on Danish employment law and support international cases, M&A, and new country entries.

You will influence HR processes, ensure compliant practices in Denmark and globally, collaborate with People & Culture and line managers, and help shape the future of HR Operations within the global organization.

Qualifications

• Degree in Law with at least five years of employment law experience.
• Strong collaborator who translates legal assessments into practical business solutions.
• Structured, pragmatic, and business-oriented with excellent stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Advise on Danish employment law and support international employment law matters.
• Develop, maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
• Coordinate with global People & Culture Operations on Danish processes.
• Support country managers and partners on complex employee relations cases.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional HR projects focused on compliance and harmonization.
