Job summary

Orifarm seeks an experienced Compliance Product Owner to lead the digital capabilities supporting Compliance, Quality, Governance and related regulated processes. You will bridge business and IT to deliver secure, auditable solutions that meet regulatory requirements.

Based in Odense, Denmark, the role combines product ownership with regulatory expertise and stakeholder engagement. Orifarm offers a hybrid work model with two days remote and opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

Experience as a Product Owner or similar in a regulated environment.
Strong understanding of Compliance, Quality, Regulatory Affairs or GxP processes.
Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical digital solutions.

Responsibilities

Own and manage the roadmap, backlog, and priorities for Compliance platforms and digital capabilities
Partner with Compliance, Quality, Regulatory Affairs and business stakeholders to translate requirements into priorities
Drive end-to-end delivery from definition to adoption and value realization
Ensure Compliance solutions are secure, compliant and auditable
Identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and improve compliance processes while managing vendors
