Job summary

FREELIO in Copenhagen seeks a Business Management Consultant to partner with senior leaders, driving strategic communications and organisational development across the Business Controls & Product Management unit.

You will design initiatives, create executive-level materials, and coordinate cross-functional actions to deliver key priorities in a dynamic banking environment. The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement and change management, with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Must have a relevant university degree or equivalent educational background.
• Experience supporting leadership teams in delivering unit goals and priorities.
• Demonstrated ability in designing and delivering communication initiatives across channels.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of managing initiatives, creating presentations and memos.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute communication strategies that support organisational goals.
• Create Executive Leadership Team and Board level presentations and memos.
• Facilitate leadership team meetings and ensure timely follow-up actions.
• Manage strategic initiatives across Business Controls & Product Management.
• Support senior leaders with organisational development and change initiatives.
