Unify-Partners in Copenhagen is seeking a Director (or Partner) to lead Strategy & Transformation engagements from first conversation to final delivery, bridging business and technology with commercial ownership.

You will own engagements, shape the approach, mobilise teams, and communicate credibly with executives. A track record delivering strategic transformation and 8+ years in Strategy & Transformation are required; Danish and English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in Strategy & Transformation, from consulting or industry.
• Master’s degree.
• Fluency in Danish and English.
• Deep expertise in strategic transformation planning, portfolio management, and operating model design.
• Proven delivery of complex transformation initiatives across industries.

Job description

We are looking for a Director (or Partner) with a track record of helping leading organisations turn strategy into execution to join our team. We are seeking a commercially driven, delivery-focused leader who can confidently bridge business and technology and bring industry and consulting perpsectives to create real impact for our customers.

In this role, you will act as a commercial, professional and cultural leader within our Strategy & Transformation service offering, working closely with the leadership team to strengthen our market position. You’ll take ownership of engagements from first conversation to final delivery, shaping the approach, guiding the customer and mobilising the right people to get things done. To be succesful in this role, you will need to be a sharp and credible communicator - both in writing and in person. You will need to be structured and take a high level of ownership.

You will combine and balance deep advisory work with driving forward our Strategy & Transformation service offering, helping to define how we work, what we offer, and where we are headed.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead and deliver strategic transformation initiatives across business and IT, from framing the challenge with the customer to mobilising teams and driving execution.
• Advise executives on IT strategy, digitalisation and operating model design.
• Drive strategic prioritisation and enterprise-wide capacity planning, helping customers make hard choices about where to focus and how to sequence change.
• Lead organisational design initiatives, including carve-outs and post-merger integration.
• Build and expand customer relationships through trusted advisory and commercial ownership.
• Turn customer needs into proposals, pitches and new engagements, and develop and grow long-term accounts.
• Contribute to Unify Partner’s growth as a company through thought leadership, market positioning and helping shape our Strategy & Transformation service offering.

Qualifications, we hope you will bring

• A minimum of 8+ years working within Strategy & Transformation - either within an external management consulting house or with a mix of industry and consulting experience
  • Please note that experience working as an external consultant is a requirement for this role.
• A relevant Master’s degree.
• The ability to work in both Danish and English (it's our internal language).
• Deep expertise in strategic transformation planning and execution, portfolio management, prioritisation and operating model design.
• A track record of delivery complex transformation initiatives across a range of different industries, transferring patterns and insights across contexts to create measurable impact.
